Overview
We offers a variety of patented and uniquely-engineered ultra-pure precision heaters for heating various chemical and plating solutions, gases, solvents and deionized water. Our award-winning engineers design and manufacture components from PFA, applied to patented PFA heating technology, that achieves a small mass with a large surface area, providing a faster heater response and a longer life at elevated temperatures. Our extremely flexible high-output heating coils are capable of being fashioned into an almost endless variety of shapes and sizes.

The resulting heaters outlast competing products of lesser capability and are designed into a wide range of standard and customized products.

HXRL SERIES Low watt density, fluoropolymer (PTFE) sleeved bottom heater with flexible riser. Single phase. 1000-6000 watts, 120-600 volts.	HXO SERIES Low watt density, O shaped fluoropolymer (PTFE) sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions. 500-9000 watts, 120-600 volts.
HXF SERIES Low-watt density, spiral heater. Fluoropolymer (PTFE) sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions. 500-6000 watts, 120-600 Volts.	HX SERIES Low watt density, spiral. Fluoropolymer (PTFE) sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions . Single phase. 500-9000 watts, 120-600 volts.	X SERIES COIL Excellent chemical compatibility and rugged design for your heating or cooling application. All wetted parts of fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA or PTFE) construction. Eliminates stray currents. PFA coils are available for steam service up to 60 PSI. 10 PSI minimum steam pressure required for operation.
