Ultrapure In-Line Heaters PFA Inline Chemical Heater For Aggressive Acids & Chemicals are ideal for heating deionized water, acids, and less aggressive process chemistries use in high-purity processes of semiconductor, solar, MEMS manufacturing, and other industries using high-purity fluids.
 
These heaters are designed for recirculation and point-of-use fluid heating applications.
 
Their small footprints allow them to easily integrate into current systems.
 
Available in 1-30 kW and various voltages.

 

We offers a variety of patented and uniquely-engineered ultra-pure precision heaters for heating various chemical and plating solutions, gases, solvents and deionized water.

 

Our award-winning engineers design and manufacture components from PFA, applied to patented PFA heating technology, that achieves a small mass with a large surface area, providing a faster heater response and a longer life at elevated temperatures.

 

Our extremely flexible high-output heating coils are capable of being fashioned into an almost endless variety of shapes and sizes.

What To Do If Your Shipment Is Damaged:

Leave the items, packing material, and carton “as is”. Notify your carrier’s local office and ask for immediate inspection of the carton and its content. After inspection has been made by the carrier, and you have received acknowledgment in writing as to the damage, please contact our Customer Service Department at +86-13560811662 for return authorization. If writing for return authorization, please indicate your purchase order number. We will repair or replace the merchandise depending on the extent of the damage. It is your responsibility to follow the above instructions, or the carrier will not honor any claims for damage. If there are any shortages or questions regarding this shipment, please notify us within ten (10) days.
